OUR SERVICES

Care Needs Assessments

(In-Home)

Our occupational therapists conduct comprehensive evaluations at an individual’s residence, assessing how injury or illness affects their daily function.

Each assessment examines:

  • Personal care capacity (showering, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers, medication management, sleep)
  • Domestic task management (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and car, garden, lawn and property maintenance)
  • Community access requirements (shopping, transport)
  • Assistive equipment needs and suitability
  • Home modification requirements

Our reports quantify past, current, and future care needs with clear, evidence-based recommendations for reasonable support. Every assessment undergoes an internal quality review process, maintaining consistency and professional standards.
